when I updated to 7.14 I had the issue, because my license server and my delivery controller cannot communicate outside there is also a ugly message in Studio

It’s pretty easy to complete turn off Customer Experience Improvement Program (CEIP):

Just add this line to the Citrix.opt file on the license server:

#CITRIX CEIP NONE
